Food in Alila Manggis, Seasalt Restaurant

Overlooking the beach, you will be blown away both by both the view and the cuisine. Under the magic hands of executive chef Mr. I Wayan Subrata, Sea Salt Restaurant was once voted as one of top 5 restaurants in Bali in the Fine Dining Category of “Hello Bali” Best Restaurant Awards 2004. I personally only tasted the breakfast and it was totally marvelous. The mixed juice of that day (mango, papaya and orange) was perfect and I had the Salmon Teriyaki with miso soup for my main course along with bread and toast.  There were about 5 choices of main courses to choose from. Interesting enough was the fact that Sea Salt Restaurant use organic vegetables taken from their own organic garden just about 10 minutes from the hotel.
